Dissemination of the ELTA project Learning and Sharing for Better Teaching took place through the following activities: Publishing reports on the project in the ELTA Newsletter; Creating and organizing half-day seminars in six towns in Serbia from December 2018 to April 2019; Designing an E-Resource Pack that contains ready-to-use classroom activities; Developing and delivering a workshop to present the project at the ELTA annual conference in May 2019.
Apart from all the mentioned activities, the course participants have become empowered to create new seminars, workshops and teaching material based on what they learned while attending summer courses.
Dragana Videnov shared her experience about the course she attended with her colleagues from other schools in Kikinda and online on the Blog Jezički kutak Kikinda.
Bojana Nikic Vujic presented the knowledge and skills gained while attending 'Creative Methodology for Using ICT in the English Classroom' course during the mobility period by presenting at the 10th ELTAM - IATEFL-TESOL INTERNATIONAL BIANNUAL CONFERENCE- 'Re-imagining teaching: Rejuvenating and transforming classroom practices' which was held from 19-21 October, 2018 in Struga, FYR Macedonia. There were more than 200 attendees from different countries form Europe. The title of the workshop was 'Creative Ways of Using ICT in Inclusive EL Classroom'. During the workshop the teachers were involved in some creative online and offline activites which may promote English language use and inclusive environment.
In April 2019, at IATEFL Conference in Liverpool while presenting in front of several hundreds of participants from all over the world, Božica Šarić-Cvjetković applied many of the skills she gained during mobility at Drama and Improvisation Techniques for the English Classroom course. In her dramatic presentation she demonstrated how useful the topics covered at the course she attended were. For example: Freeing the body - the instrument of communication to enhance social and professional communication; The study of body language communication and gesture; Improving confidence and effective interaction; Developing improvisational skills and using gesture and voice; Colouring speech, intonation, word stress, pauses, pronunciation, techniques for enriching spoken English.
