2027 Derby Registration

STEP 1 - COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW FOR EACH CAR THAT WILL RACE. 

Note:  Each car has up to 3 drivers. Drivers should be listed in the order they will race. Due to scheduling constraints, all drivers need to remain present for the entirety of race day.

STEP 2 - E-SIGN THE REQUIRED PERMISSION & RELEASE FORMS. 

Note:  Forms need to be signed by each racer's parent or legal guardian. Racers without completed and signed forms will not be able to race.
Prefer paper? Download the PDF below, have each racer’s parent or guardian sign the forms, and upload the signed permission and release forms using the Dropbox link near the bottom of this page. This replaces the e-sign step.

STEP 3 - Download and Complete the Scouting American Health and Meadical Record (aka "A/B" Form)

STEP 4 - PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE - $80 per Car.

OPTIONAL - UPLOAD PAPER SIGNED PERMISSION AND RELEASE FORMS. 

Note:  The BSA "A/B" Health form is prohibited from electronic transmission or storage by National BSA policy. Unit leaders should arrive to race day with a folder of completed and signed health forms for all scouts. A representative of Pack 968 will verify the health forms before racing can begin. Scouts without signed health forms will NOT be allowed to race.
