You are at the right place. After reviewing the race day information, car building guidelines and race rules, click through the steps below to sign-up for Cub Scout Derby 2025!
STEP 1 - COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW FOR EACH CAR THAT WILL RACE.
Note: Each car has up to 3 drivers. Drivers should be listed in the order they will race. Due to scheduling constraints, all drivers need to remain present for the entirety of race day.
STEP 2 - DOWNLOAD THE REQUIRED PERMISSION, HEALTH & RELEASE FORMS.
Note: Forms need to be signed by each racer's parent or legal guardian. Racers without completed and signed forms will not be able to race.
STEP 3 - PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE
We recomend paying the registration fee by Venmo using the QR code below.
Alternatively, we accept checks made out to Pack 968
and mailed to 5438 W 139th St, Hawthorne, CA 90250
Please add car name and unit number for our tracking purposes
STEP 4 - UPLOAD THE SIGNED PERMISSION AND RELEASE FORMS.
Note: The BSA "A/B" Health form is prohibited from electronic transmission or storage by National BSA policy. Unit leaders should arrive to race day with a folder of completed and signed health forms for all scouts. A representative of Pack 968 will verify the health forms before racing can begin. Scouts without signed health forms will NOT be allowed to race.
