Imagine your future classroom. Create a visual representation of the classrooms(e.g. sketch, plan, mind map). Show how the classroom will support the literacy development of learners.

The class rooms set up has the window on the left of the image to bring in as much natural light as possible. The kids are arranged in desks that face each other allowing the teacher to reach each student but to also promote group work. There are 2 large round tables if the students want to get together to read or write in groups. The smaller round table is a reading and writing area next to the library filled with books that promote inclusivity and the diverse cultures and a writing wall. The teacher has a sit-stand desk near the library and quiet-corner.

Also, there is a quiet corner for reading or homework that has a comfy chair or couch and some real trees/plants to give a natural feel.

The walls will be decorated with items that promote learning including the students work, helpful hints, and inspirational messages.
