My name is Ellie Palma. I am a sophomore at Texas Christain Univerity. I am originally from California, where I spent all my life. Being from California there was always an endless amount of opportunities to get active and stay healthy. Whether that means going o the gym or enjoying a hard and beautiful hike through the mountains. This made the transition to Texas difficult because it was different than anything I had ever expiernaced. This is when I fell in love with Corepower. Corepower is a social and different way of staying healthy, especially in college. This is how I keep both my mind and body healthy. Being someone that struggles with mental health issues it was always hard to find the motivation to do most things but ever since I started Corepower I feel more motivated in all aspects of my life. This 1-hour class a few times a week has helped me grow as a person and as a student.
