In 2024, I lead a research team with the Women's Sports Foundation that produced the report, "Play to Lead: The Generational Impacts of Sports on Women's Leadership." It examines the impacts of fifty years of change to youth athletics and its impacts on the adult lives of American girls and gender non-conforming youth.
