This Design Document provides an outline for the course, Writing Business-Appropriate Emails. It includes the business goal and problem, the target audience, learning objectives, training recommendation with approximate seat time, deliverables, and assessment plan.
The training is for Assistant Account Executives at an advertising agency. Management has noticed an increase in client complaints about unprofessional emails from AAEs. Learners will be able to write clear and concise subject lines, business-appropriate greetings and closings, and proofread the body of the email for correct capitalization and punctuation.

This Storyboard serves as a blueprint for how the course, Writing Business-Appropriate Emails, is developed. It includes all of the design elements, interactivity, audio, and overall direction that make up the module.

This Design Document accompanies the training, Selecting Ideal Stand Up Paddleboarding Equipment. In this document you will find a detailed outline of the business gap and goal, the target audience, learning objectives, training seat time and recommendation, along with the outline and levels of evaluation.
This e-Learning module is designed and developed for Sales Associates at a marina that rents stand up paddleboarding equipment. Currently, management notices that customers complain of the paddleboarding experience being less enjoyable than expected. Customers are also complaining of being in physical pain afterwards. This course will train Sales Associates to pick out the correct board for each customer based on measurements and desired activity. They will also be able to model and explain how to adjust the paddle so it is customized for each paddleboarder.

This training was developed by Northwest Investments for its employees who are first-year analysts. It teaches them strategies to manage their time more effectively and decrease their stress and anxiety. You can view the course on the e-Learning page.
This Storyboard accompanies the Managing Your Time eLearning course. It acts as a blueprint for all of the audio, visual, and narration included in the course. Additionally, it clearly outlines transitions, states, animations and interactions, so that it may be easily developed.
The Time Management training is created for first-year analysts at Northwest Investments who are struggling to manage their time effectively. They display signs of stress and low productivity. The company acknowledged that in order for their productivity to increase, a training on how to effectively use their time was needed.
