Being a problem-solver and convergent thinker, I develop learning experiences that help organizations fill gaps and achieve goals. I design and create learning solutions to achieve learning outcomes, while using techniques that engage learners. Using feedback to improve my work and engaging in open communication are what drive my success in creating quality e-Learning.
I am fortunate to have had experience living and working abroad (Colombia, Turkey, Venezuela, France). This has given me unique skills that are valued in the workplace and beyond: clear communication, ability to adapt to new situations, and an appreciation for multiple points of view. Additionally, I am multi-lingual (English, Spanish, French), which affords me the ability to address a multitude of learners representing a wide range of backgrounds.
My bachelor's degree is in French with a minor in Business Fundamentals from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'Em!). I received a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University of Southern California.
Additionally, I completed the Applied Instructional Design Academy program, an ATD-certified comprehensive training program in the field of Instructional Design.
My family and I love to go camping and explore the beauty that nature has to offer. You can find us hiking, swimming, lounging on the beach, or just wandering around!
