CEA On the Road

Canadian Elite Academy On the Road brings top-level volleyball coaching to rural communities across Saskatchewan. Our goal is to provide athletes in smaller towns and schools with access to high-quality training through specialized camps and coaching sessions. To set up an event in your community, we require a local contact who can help promote the event, secure a gym space, and assist with accommodations and travel costs based on the distance from Saskatoon. Whether you're a school, a club, or a group of passionate athletes, we’re excited to work with you to bring elite volleyball development to your area.

Before completing the Canadian Elite Academy On the Road Application Form, please gather the necessary information to ensure a smooth and efficient submission process. You will need the contact details of the main organizer, including their name, email, and phone number. Be prepared to provide the full address of the gym, along with details about its facilities, such as the number of courts, available equipment, seating for spectators, and access to restrooms and water. You should also have a clear understanding of the event specifics, including the preferred date, duration, and skill levels of the participants. If the event requires travel, you must calculate the round-trip distance from Saskatoon and, if applicable, identify a nearby hotel for accommodations. Additionally, decide on the payment structure (whether costs will be covered by participants, the main contact, or both) and whether t-shirts will be included. Lastly, consider how athletes will be grouped based on age or skill, the number of coaches available, and any safety concerns. Having all this information ready in advance will help you complete the form quickly and accurately.
