Let's take a journey through my own back story: From a seasoned tech veteran in the Financial Services sector to the entrepreneurial and coaching/ mentoring spirit that defines me today.

I was born in Birmingham, UK, did my schooling there and went to Nottingham University to study Chemistry. When I finished, I was sure I didn't want to spend the rest of my life in a lab! 

For the first ten years in the corporate world, I climbed the ladder to senior management in the world's largest business change consultancy. The paycheque was hefty, but the job satisfaction was elusive. It eventually dawned on me one evening while I was sitting alone in a hotel room generating invoices for my employer that I was working 60+ hours a week to make someone else rich! The ever-present entrepreneur within me was itching to break free...

Then came the pivotal shift. I left the comfortable world of employment and the next two decades were a rollercoaster of freelancing, building and steering teams, and crafting tech solutions for global giants as well as small start-ups alike.
