Yep, you read that right. I'm Elise - a detail-driven, people-focused producer who’s made waves across three mobile titles without ever holding a permanent seat. From cross-functional team wrangling to feature delivery under pressure, I’ve been in the thick of production across multiple studios, proving that you don’t need a long-term contract to make a lasting difference.
My journey kicked off as a Production Intern at Natural Motion Games, where I built my foundation in agile workflows and seamless cross-team collaboration. I sharpened my skills further at Gram Games, delivering live ops features that moved the needle on both player engagement and revenue. Today, I lead production at Logic Labyrinth Studios, steering development on award-winning titles and wearing many (many) hats along the way.
With a BA in Computer Games and Programming from the University of Huddersfield and as a proud Women in Games Ambassador, I care deeply about inclusive leadership, strong team culture, and crafting experiences that players genuinely love. I'm proactive, organised, and thrive where creative vision meets production structure.
Fruitfall!
After wrapping up work on Merge Dragons, I dove into Fruitfall - a fresh hybrid-casual fruit merge title entering soft launch. This transition presented an exciting challenge, offering hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of shipping and iterating on a live game with an active player base.
During this time, I supported the rapid expansion of the development team by helping to build new production systems and processes that scaled effectively without disrupting ongoing development towards critical releases. Collaborating closely with the team, I worked to understand their workflows and pain points, ensuring new systems truly met their needs and helped maintain smooth delivery.
I actively manage hotfixes and point releases by analysing live data to understand what resonates with players, then iterating based on their feedback and behaviour patterns. This role sharpened my ability to balance speed and quality, adjusting production timelines responsively based on live data, all while supporting the current production team through a period of rapid growth and high-stakes iteration.
Merge Dragons!
As a Producer Intern at Gram Games, I led the coordination and delivery of multiple Player Lifecycle (PLC) feature beats for a live operations mobile title, managing timelines and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time launches.
I collaborated with a cross-functional team of over 20 members spanning art, design, engineering and marketing, overseeing daily stand-ups, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across roadmap items. I streamlined development workflows across multiple major milestones, helping keep deliverables on schedule and adaptable to shifting priorities. I also played a key role in managing risks, updating roadmaps and clearly communicating progress and blockers to senior stakeholders.
I led the launch of multiple high-impact features that significantly boosted player engagement and directly contributed to measurable revenue growth. Key initiatives included Potions, a quality-of-life item that improved gameplay efficiency and user satisfaction, and Premium Lands v4, an expansion that allowed players to increase their land ownership through in-app purchases. Through these launches, I gained hands-on experience with core live ops and product metrics such as Revenue, Retention, Session Length, Session Time, and Total Time. This taught me how strategic feature design and monetization strategies can drive both player satisfaction and business impact.
My responsibilities included coordinating with localisation teams across 2+ time zones to deliver high-quality in-game translations and providing hands-on support to the wider production team to help balance workload across sprints and ongoing releases.
As the Production Team Lead for Logic Labyrinth, I spearheaded the development of The Eternal Exodus, a first-person, hack-and-slash melee fighter with permadeath mechanics, inspired by chess, managing the project end-to-end within a single semester. From early ideation to final delivery, I was responsible for shaping the game’s vision, aligning the team on creative goals, and ensuring our milestones were met on time and to a high standard.
I led a multidisciplinary team of designers, artists and developers through each phase of production. By fostering open communication and cross-functional collaboration, I ensured that everyone remained aligned and motivated. I implemented agile production practices, managing sprint cycles, assigning tasks based on team strengths and tracking progress through tools like Google Suite and Trello to maintain transparency and momentum throughout development.
To ensure quality, I introduced structured QA checkpoints and iterative testing, allowing us to catch and address issues early while continuously polishing gameplay, visuals and UX. My leadership emphasised not just productivity, but also team cohesion, personal growth and a shared passion for game development.
Our hard work paid off — The Eternal Exodus received widespread recognition at the
2024 Game Republic Student Showcase
The Rebellion North Award for Game Art & Animation - 1st Place
The Sumo Digital Award: Game Design - 2nd Place
These awards reflected both our creative ambition and execution quality, and I'm proud to have guided the team through such a successful and rewarding development process.
Unannounced Mobile Racing Game
Natural Motion Games is part of the Zynga family, a mobile games division under Take-Two Interactive.
During my placement year at Natural Motion Games, I worked across 2 multi-disciplinary teams of 20+ developers, designers and artists, contributing directly to the delivery of 10+ features over multiple 2 - 4 week release cycles.
I supported core production tasks including maintaining schedules, work estimation, tracking sprint progress, leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives. I actively coordinated and documented brainstorming sessions and design reviews within 2-week sprints, ensuring smooth collaboration between 3 cross-functional pods. My contributions helped streamline development workflows across 6+ milestones, keeping key deliverables on track and aligned with evolving project goals. I also played a key role in risk tracking, roadmap updates, and communicating progress and blockers to senior leadership. As well as, onboarding and mentored new junior members leading to faster integration into the team and project.
I was honored to be featured in Zynga’s “Women That Inspire Us” International Women’s Day campaign, which spotlighted inspirational members of Women at Zynga (WAZ) and celebrated those nominated for their impactful contributions to the company.
My impact on the team's delivery processes was recognised with the Outstanding Performance on a Placement Year award by the University of Huddersfield.
