Visiting researcher at BAFFI CAREFIN (Centre for Applied Research on International Markets, Banking, Finance and Regulation) - Unit Laboratory for Analytical Economics (LAE), Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), January-February 2023.

Visiting Research Scholar at Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU), University of Sussex (Brighton, UK) in collaboration with Dr. Karoline Rogge (Co-Director of the Sussex Energy Group), Fall Term 2018. Ongoing research project on the development of a methodological framework to study sustainable energy transition and better understand the impact of energy and climate change policies on structural change of economic systems with a focus on the European Union.

Visiting Research Scholar at the Basque Centre for Climate Change - Klima Aldaketa Ikergai (BC3, Bilbao, Spain) in collaboration with Prof. Anil Markandya (Distinguished Ikerbasque Professor, former Scientific Director of BC3), Spring Term 2018. Ongoing research project on the development of a georeferenced analysis using localized data on climate change and armed conflicts in Africa performed in a dynamic spatial econometric model to investigate the relationships between climate change and changing socio-economic conditions in developing countries.
