In Champaign, Illinois, there is a joint coffee-bike shop on the corner of Green and Fifth Street. The coffee house is called BrewLab and you guessed it! BikeLab is the name of the bicycle repair shop. Robert, pictured left, is one of the bike repair men. Take a look as Robert fastens together pieces of a bike as if it were a puzzle. 

In January 2025, Elena returned to Sierra Leone, but for a project unrelated to period poverty. As a global food insecurity intern, she helped conduct research and facilitate post harvest loss prevention trainings in 19 villages. These trainings reached more than 600 farmers. Elena documented these trainings for the Ag Reach and Winrock International Video Extension for Post Harvest Loss Prevention report.
