Elena Cleary

Elena Cleary is a recent graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications and minors in both Business and Media.

At the University of Illinois, she immersed herself in journalism and learned the craft of storytelling in front of and behind the camera. She was the host-in-chief of "Good Morning Illini", campus's only morning news cast. Elena directed many of the College of Media's broadcasts, and created her own show for the Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communications (ALEC) program. She excelled in these activities while also successfully executing freelance video projects for various university clients. Elena is completing a digital media internship this summer with the Department of Marketing and Communications at the University of Illinois Foundation.
