I have taught at Gettysburg College, Princeton, EBS Business School (Germany), UCL and Zayed University. Previously, I was an associate professor and one of the founding faculty of the College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Zayed University (working remotely from Mauritius), where I taught courses on programming, statistics, critical thinking, political science and research methods, and designed courses in economics and a capstone seminar. I taught all of these courses online using the Minerva University active learning pedagogy and the Forum platform.
I have taught courses in economics (including gender economics), computer science, statistics, political science, management, and data analysis to undergrads, graduate students, MBA students and policymakers. I have also extensive experience in capacity development. For instance, in January 2025, I led a workshop on publishing and research skills for female academics at the University of Mauritius.
Evaluations and syllabi available upon request. Syllabi for Public Choice (MA) and a short course at EBS Business School are available below.
I was nominated for the UCL Student Choice Award for Inspiring Teaching Delivery in 2018.
