Class STructure
When you take one of my classes, I expect you to end the year with the foundation and knowledge you need to continue being successful in team sports or life long fitness. My team sports class is probably closest to what you would assume to find in a physical education class, with a few surprises built in. My weight training class, on the other hand, isn't about being here to "pump you up," but about teaching you the core lifts and fitness-based regimes you can incorporate into your weekly routine to be a healthier person and/or a stronger athlete.

This isn't Globo Gym OR Average Joe's
This is weight training Mr. Brake style. This class will include a combination of core and auxiliary lifts, body weight training, group exercise and fitness-based games all designed to give you a full body workout.
