Egan is a dynastic single-party republic led by Governor Christopher Kimyona who is also the general secretary of the ENC (Eganese National Coalition), also known as NatCo, which is a party that upholds worker's rights, national identity, tradition, and most importantly, environmentalism.

Governor Kimyona's full title is His Excellency, Governor Christopher Kimyona, General Secretary of the Eganese National Coalition, Senator of the Miscellaneous Embassy, General of the Eganese Cavalry, High Admiral of the Eganese Navy, and Lord Wavewatcher of the Order of the Eganese Cross.
