The Stichting European Friends Baroque Orchestra ("EFBO") is an amateur baroque orchestra that has as objective the organization of public and private concerts and other musical events, related to baroque and other classical music in the form of projects that can take place once or multiple time per year. In order to achieve its goals, it can organize rehearsals, concerts, recordings and related activities. To these projects, amateur musicians are invited to participate per project, but they can also apply for their participation. Final decision who participates in the project(s) lays with the EFBO-Board. In case participation is refused, the board can, but is not obliged to provide any motivation why doing so.

For organizing its projects the EFBO makes use of data, like names, instruments, mail addresses, phone numbers, participation in past projects, presence at rehearsals and other relevant data. Data that are provided to us will be used by us solely for the purpose of organizing these projects and keeping interested parties informed on future projects. If you provide the EFBO with data, but would no longer like the orchestra to use that data or no longer like to be kept informed on the activities of the orchestra, please send an mail to efb.orchestra@gmail.com so you can be removed from the systems.

During events, representatives of the EFBO or others might take pictures and realize audio or video recordings. These can be used in the promotion of the activities of the orchestra in public through, but not limited to (social) media. Participation to an EFBO activity implies that you agree being recorded in some form. If you wish not to be recorded on photo, video or audio, please indicate this in person to the organization committee at the event. In ultimate cases, refusal of being recorded, can imply that you cannot participate in a performance that is recorded.

The EFBO-board will do everything possible to make the projects happen that it has announced in public. The board, neither the EFBO, can not be held responsible for any consequences, nor can it be forced to compensate any damage (material, financial or other) if a project needs to be cancelled because of force majeur. Neither can it be held responsible for any damage (material, financial or other) to or theft of property of participants during projects because of the participation in these. Participants remain repsonsible for their own belongings like instruments and other.
