Science has been a passion of mine since I was a child. I used to love sharing what I learned with my friends, without even realizing that I was practicing science communication!
During my bachelor's degree, I was lucky enough to join an amateur astronomy group at my university, which was a great way to get involved in science communication officially. But it was during my master's studies that I took things to the next level.
I established an astronomy group for school students in my hometown of Tabriz, and I was even able to convince the mayor to support our activities! It was amazing to be able to promote the wonders of astronomy among kids and adults who weren't already students.
Sharing the joy of science with others is something that I've continued to do throughout my career. I've had the opportunity to participate in a range of science communication activities, and I'm proud to share some of them with you below!
