Earlier, it is found that least number of days that provide bearable error margin is 110 days.

Then we tried to select the interval of days(110) which we can use for the model which gives the lowest error

Following graph shows the root mean square error for the water level prediction vs starting position of 110 day window to train the linear regression model.

This reveals that the selecting data window from 3515 to 3625 to train the model gives the lowest error
