New paper accepted!! Last week, our article, "Evaluating player relevance in football teams through cooperative game theory", was accepted for publication in Scientific Reports. In short, we propose a methodology based on cooperative game theory to analyze each player’s contribution within a football team. We then apply our methodology to a real-world case. You can read it here, it's open access: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-026-50405-5
Thrilled to share that our new article has just been published! 😃😃 In this paper, we explore how public and private desalination firms would interact in a duopoly setting, motivated by the Chilean context. We analyze how these firms allocate water between residential and mining sectors, under government influence through subsidies and production requirements.
