It's easy to join the EDW PTA. Anyone can become a member: EDW parents, guardians, teachers, staff, grandparents, community members, students! All are welcomed. Membership is per school year (September through June).
You can download the membership form. Once completed you can return the form to the front desk at EDW

MYTH: PTA MEMBERSHIP IS ONLY FOR MOMS
TRUTH: PTA is for everyone! Parents, guardian, grandparents, teachers, students, administrators, school board members, aunts, uncles, community members, and anyone interested in advocating for our children!
MYTH: PTA IS ONLY A SOCIAL CLUB
TRUTH: The PTA is the oldest and largest child advocacy association in America. National & State PTA leaders along with members advocate for legislation to get support & funds for our students. Let your voice be heard!
MYTH: JOINING THE PTA REQUIRES YOU TO VOLUNTEER
TRUTH: It's great if you volunteer, but your support as a member is enough.
MYTH: YOU CAN ONLY BE A MEMBER OF ONE PTA
TRUTH: There is no limit to the number of PTAs you can support
MYTH: I CAN ONLY JOIN A PTA AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR
