The App is designed exclusively for educational evaluation, including:

• Extracting answers into structured JSON format
  

• Comparing student responses with answer keys

2. Categories of Data Collected

a) Personal & Educational Data (Optional)

Depending on the content of the answer sheet, the App may process:

  Student ID / Roll Number
  

• Exam or class identifiers
  

• Student responses and scores (education records under FERPA)
  
  

⚠️ Student names are not required and should be avoided where possible.

b) User-Generated Content

  Images of OMR answer sheets
  

• Uploaded answer keys

c) Automatically Collected Data

Using Firebase and Google AdMob, the App may automatically collect:

  Device information (model, OS version)
  

• App usage data
  

• Crash logs and diagnostics

This data does not directly identify individual students.
