Welcome to EduSam UPSC (“EduSam”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EduSam UPSC Android application, website pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

EduSam UPSC provides daily current affairs notes focused on UPSC Civil Services Examination (Prelims & Mains) together with static informational explainers and daily practice tests. The Service is subscription-based.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features at any time to maintain quality, address security, or comply with law.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are under the age of majority in your state, you confirm that a parent/guardian has reviewed these Terms.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws of India.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately at edusamachar.cg@gmail.com of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect suspicious or abusive behavior.
Monthly plan: ₹150 (recurring).
Yearly plan: ₹1650 (one-time or recurring, if enabled).
Plan availability, pricing, taxes, and features may change. Any recurring price change will be communicated and applied from the next billing cycle.
Unless explicitly stated, we do not offer a free trial.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and the applicable bank/UPI rules.
We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN. Razorpay provides limited transaction metadata (e.g., payment status, amount, timestamps).
If a payment fails, Razorpay/banks may retry. Access may pause if payment cannot be completed after retries.
If Auto-Renew is enabled, you authorize recurring debits each cycle until you cancel.
For UPI AutoPay, you grant an e-mandate under RBI guidelines. You can revoke the mandate in your UPI/bank app anytime.
Cancelling auto-renew stops future renewals; it does not refund the current paid period.
Cancel auto-renew: In-app via Profile → Manage Subscription or email edusamachar.cg@gmail.com from your registered email.
Refunds: Duplicate/accidental charges or charged-but-no-access due to verified technical errors may be refunded if requested within 7 days with payment ID details.
We do not offer pro-rated/partial refunds once a billing period has started.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and access paid content for your own learning during your active subscription.
All content (text, questions, explanations, images, design, logos) belongs to EduSam or its licensors and is protected by IP laws.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, scrape, data-mine, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You agree not to:
Upload or transmit malware, automated scripts, or harmful code.
Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
Share, sell, or lend your account.
Systematically download/harvest content (e.g., bots/scrapers).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
EduSam UPSC is not affiliated with UPSC/DoPT or any government department.
We strive for accuracy and exam relevance, but do not guarantee completeness or outcomes (selection/marks).
Users should verify critical facts with official sources.
You need a compatible Android device, internet connectivity, and storage for updates. Service may be unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.
The Service may include third-party services (e.g., Razorpay). We are not responsible for their content or policies; use is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. For requests, contact edusamachar.cg@gmail.com.
We may suspend/terminate access if you breach Terms, payments fail repeatedly, required by law, or Service is discontinued. Upon termination, your license ends.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduSam shall not be liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify EduSam for claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We are not responsible for delays/failure due to events beyond reasonable control (network outages, government action, third-party failures, etc.).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
