Cancellation & Refunds
Open the app → Profile → Manage Subscription → Cancel Auto-Renew (or “Cancel at period end”).
Or email us at edusamachar.cg@gmail.com with your registered email and subject “Cancel Subscription.”
If you created a UPI AutoPay mandate, you may also revoke the mandate in your UPI/bank app.
You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
We do not offer pro-rated/partial refunds for remaining time once the billing cycle has started.
Eligible refunds:
Duplicate/accidental charges
Charged but access not provisioned due to a verified technical error
How to request: email edusamachar.cg@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with payment ID and a brief description.
Processing time: Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days and may take 5–7 working days to reflect (bank/UPI timelines apply).
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
If you raise a chargeback with your bank/UPI app, your access may be paused while the case is reviewed. Please write to us first; most issues are resolved faster directly.
