Welcome to EduSamachar CG [EDUSAM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED] (“EduSamachar”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EduSamachar CG Android application, website pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

EduSamachar CG provides daily news analysis (Hindi & English) focused on Chhattisgarh state examinations (e.g., CGPSC, Vyapam, Sub-Inspector) together with static informational explainers and daily practice tests. The Service is subscription-based.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features at any time to maintain quality, address security, or comply with law.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are under the age of majority in your state, you confirm that a parent/guardian has reviewed these Terms.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws of India.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately at edusamachar.cg@gmail.com of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect suspicious or abusive behavior.
Monthly plan: ₹150 (recurring).
Yearly plan: ₹1650 (one-time or recurring, if enabled).
Plan availability, pricing, taxes, and features may change from time to time. Any change to a recurring plan price will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.
Unless explicitly stated, we do not offer a free trial.
Payments are processed by Cashfree. By purchasing, you agree to Cashfree’s terms and the applicable bank/UPI rules.
We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN. Cashfree provides us with limited transaction metadata (e.g., payment status, amount, timestamps).
You authorize Cashfree and/or your bank/UPI app to debit the payable amounts for your chosen plan and cycle.
If a payment fails, Cashfree/banks may retry. Access may pause if payment cannot be completed after retries.
If you enable Auto-Renew for the Monthly or Yearly plan, you authorize recurring debits each cycle until you cancel.
For UPI AutoPay, you grant an e-mandate to your UPI app/bank under RBI guidelines. You can revoke the mandate in your UPI/bank app anytime.
Cancelling auto-renew or revoking the mandate stops future renewals; it does not refund the current paid period.
Cancel auto-renew: In-app via Profile → Manage Subscription (e.g., “Cancel at period end”) or email edusamachar.cg@gmail.com from your registered email. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds: We provide refunds for duplicate/accidental charges or charged-but-no-access due to verified technical errors. Email edusamachar.cg@gmail.com within 7 days with the payment ID and details. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days and usually reflect within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for remaining time in an active billing period once started.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and access paid content for your own learning during your active subscription.
All content (text, questions, explanations, images, design, logos, trademarks) belongs to EduSamachar or its licensors and is protected by IP laws.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, scrape, data-mine, mirror, frame, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service or content, except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
You agree not to:
Upload or transmit malware, automated scripts, or any harmful code.
Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
Share, sell, or lend your account.
Misrepresent your identity or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Systematically download/harvest content (e.g., bots/scrapers).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
EduSamachar CG is not affiliated with CGPSC, Vyapam, or any government department.
We strive for accuracy and exam relevance, but we do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or that using the Service will ensure selection/marks.
The Service provides educational content and explanations; it is not legal or official advice. Users should verify critical facts with official sources.
You need a compatible Android device, an active internet connection, and sufficient storage to install updates.
Features may vary by device/OS version. We may issue updates for improvements or security; please keep your app updated.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.
The Service may include links to third-party websites or payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to operate your account and improve the Service. See the Privacy Policy page for details, and contact edusamachar.cg@gmail.com for privacy requests.
We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if: (a) you breach these Terms, (b) your payment fails repeatedly, (c) we are required to do so by law/regulation, or (d) we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduSamachar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduSamachar, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including network outages, acts of God, war, government action, strikes, or failures of third-party services).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, features, or business practices. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
