As the founder and CEO of EduReel I am aiming to secure funding for our initial Seed Round, or an Angel Investor. That way we can:

• buy the domain name and create branding

• create a comprehensive business plan

• hire qualified

  • • web developers

    • full stack engineers

    • backend developers

    • front end developers for iOS and Android

    • software architects

• cover the initial operating expenses

  • • rent, equipment, payroll

• research and development of the product on desktop and mobile

• market research

Then eventually provide a:

• return on equity in the future company

• co-ownership or be the holder of preffered stock

A second reminder, that film is a $2.41B dollar industry with companies such as Netflix, ABC, and the CW to name a few. There was also $126M in tax credits administered here in British Columbia in 2019/2020. This venture would eventually grow internationally since Canadian and American education standards have to be upheld world wide if the actor is Canadian or American.
