Unlike other associations, we are LOCAL! That means we are accessible to you. We are here to support you. Come to our Socials and Member Meetings to share your thoughts and needs.
We are a MERGED LOCAL. As part of Education Round Rock, you are also a member of NEA/TSTA, AFT, and Texas AFT! That’s like four associations in one! You get all of the benefits of NEA/TSTA, AFT, and Texas AFT.
We LISTEN to our members and work with Administration to rectify pressing issues facing employees.
We attend school board meetings, monitoring actions that can affect our classrooms and jobs.
We are PASSIONATE about public education so we take an active role in electing school board members that share our passion. We also ADVOCATE and PARTICIPATE in the state legislative process to ensure educators’ voices are heard.
We VALUE and APPRECIATE our members. If you have an employment-related matter, we have AMAZING legal defense.

EDRR strives to advocate for education professionals and to unite our members and the nation to fulfill the promise of public education to prepare every student to succeed in a diverse and interdependent world.
