Brief Comments: This article discusses the income gap between white people and people of color, and how it seems to be a hole that will never close. The concept of prejudice in the work place is comparable to prejudice in the classroom, because they are both professional settings that are crucial for development. Children learn in the classroom to become a member of the workforce in most cases. I believe prejudice must end in the classroom in order to lessen racism and prejudice in the workplace.
