Reflection

• Machine learning consist of programs that allow the technology to use human thinking and learning to make accurate predictions or decisions on sample code that does no explicitly tells the machine how to do it.

• Machine learning has many practical implications in the classroom. I think using teachable machine platform is a great way to teach students the basic functions before moving onto bigger projects.

• Some application we can develop using this technique are robotic devices such as bots that can sense when students are not wearing masks or maintaining 6ft distance. Another application can be, using machine learning to create chat bots and other circuitry that would explore higher order thinking capabilities of the technology.

• What I found most fascinating about machine learning is that it is designed to replicate human cognitive function. I think the more we get to learn about machine learning, the more we may learn how humans learn, think, and make predictions or decisions base on sample information.
