So far the project has been a little confusing at time but I think that my group has done a really good job communicating and bouncing ideas off of each other. Coming up with an innovative and original design idea is an extremely difficult task because pretty much everything has been thought of already. I feel like my group has come up with a concept that original and useful by combining different characteristics from other table designs. In a time when more people are working from home than ever before, the ability to quickly move a workstation could have significant appeal to prospective buyers. People may want to move to a different room or outside to enjoy the nice weather in the middle of a work day and this table would allow them to do that without losing an effective and practical workspace.

The next steps for us will likely be designing the table using CAD software. This will require deciding on specific dimensions and identifying all individual parts as well as how they will be connected in the final product.
