Educational institutions face the challenge of adapting to new technologies while trying to minimize their risks. In many cases, social media is banned due to its potential to distract students. However, various studies suggest that these platforms can facilitate collaborative learning, improve digital skills, and increase student motivation when used appropriately.
The lack of clear policies and training on responsible use limits their integration into teaching-learning processes. Therefore, this project seeks to propose strategies to maximize the potential of social media in educational and professional contexts.
