The "Flipped Classroom" is an instructional strategy that reverses the traditional learning environment by delivering instruction online, outside the classroom. This graphic visual can include information, data, and knowledge to be presented quickly. This is an innovative way to get information to teachers and other stakeholders as quick and clear as possible. Teachers can use this in their classrooms as a integration of technology and a resource to support and maximize learning for all students.

The screen visual of the Prezi presentation below outlines the barriers that exists in creating and implementing innovation. It is important to keep in mind all the areas that affect innovation, and the obstacles that can arise while going about it. Prezi presentations can be interactive and hold the audiences' attention much easier than a regular run of the mill Powerpoint presentation. In this Prezi, not only written information with visuals are presented, but there is voice narration for every slide, making it an experience for the visual as well as the auditory learner. Reflection

Creating and supporting digital age learning environments is a passion that I have had since before starting this program. As technology advances, it is important for teachers and students to be exposed to programs and devices that will help them be effective and successful in the digital age we are living. I enjoyed learning new ways to support teachers and students beyond the basic computer skills of surfing the internet and data processing programs. As a coach in technology, I can use tools such as an infographic to compile information and graphics quickly and clearly explain how to use certain tools in the classroom. Teachers can use a quick info graphic to hone in on particular details of a concept, or give step by step directions to students when starting a task. Technology can seem cold and removed, with not much personality or warmth. Yet, when using a program like Prezi it can be personalized and interactive. The Prezi above has movement and narration. It takes the infographic and moves it closer to an experience, than just a document to be read. Helping teachers and students transform their learning experience using instructional technology is my goal.
