Meet up at 6:30 PM! We run and hike for an hour and a half, aiming for an 8:00 PM finish. Different locations every week (details below)
We start with group introductions, then we break into groups of hikers and runners, then a variety of pace groups and head on out. We have different groups for different paces, led from within. Pace groups depend on who we have in attendance for both leads and attendees, no one gets dropped.
Please note that we primarily run and hike on technical single track trails. They can be narrow, slanty and hilly. They're a ton of fun, but pace can greatly vary depending on the technicality of the trail!

DECEMBER MEET-UP LOCATIONS:
For the month of December, we'd like to encourage everyone to bring warm socks, gloves, hand warmers, etc. to any of our meet ups. At the end of the month, we'll pass them onto Water Warriors, a local charity that distributes necessities to those who need them most. Let's help our neighbours together.

What to wear?
-Trail shoes/boots are best for traction - no slip-on sandals or sneakers with a smooth bottom
- If it's icy or snowy, bring traction devices for grip (see our winter running and hiking tab for more information)
- Dress to breathe and move - jeans or cotton not recommended
- Be hands free! If you bring water or a phone, use a backpack, hydration pack, fanny belt, or pocket
