Meet up at 6:30 PM! After a short warm up, we have fun with hill repeats for approximately 45 minutes.
The hills repeats are generally done in a circuit, coming back to the same start point. No matter what your pace, we encourage everyone to challenge themselves and take ownership over their own experience.

The terrain varies from week to week, with a mix of double wide and single track, depending on location and conditions.
