The Wildcat Guard
The Wildcat Winter Guard is a special competition unit that is part of the marching program. During the fall, these students are members of the color guard, providing visual support and awesome pageantry to help the band tell the story. During the winter though, this unit takes on a life of its own, putting on a dazzling display of skill in their own show. This group competes on the Southern Color Guard Circuit (SCGC) from the end of January until the end of March, where all the competitive guards meet for SCGC Championships on the campus of Western Kentucky University.
Their accolades include:
2018 Bronze Medalist, Novice class
2019 KY State Silver Medalist, Novice class

The Cadet Guard
The Cadet Guard is designed as an introductory unit to the world of competitive guard. It is mainly comprised of our 5th through 7th grade students. They compete on the SCGC circuit along with the Wildcat Guard. Their award winning accolades include:
2019 Overall Bronze Medalist, Cadet class
2019 KY State Silver Medalist, Cadet class
