The choir is the vocal branch of our music department. Not only will our students learn proper techniques to singing, they will be able to do so in multiple languages. The choir will perform throughout the course of the year, which may include such events as :
Veteran's Day Christmas Program Choir Festival Spring Concert
KY Virtual Choir Project
The Edmonson Singers participated in a state wide virtual choir program to honor the 50th anniversary of the Louisville Youth Choir. This project will be seen far and wide, not only in Kentucky, but around the US and anyone who visits the state websites. It willl also be played at Chruchill Downs for Kentucky Derby! Music Performance Assessment 2021
Every year choirs across the state go to the MPA so impartial judges and give us feedback and show us how we can get better. The Edmonson Singers are performing in their first MPA in a very long time. While we still have to build our program, these young folks are setting the groundwork for the future. Please enjoy their submission for this year.
