Cancellation and Booking Policy
EDJALYN TRAVEL AND SERVICES
1. Reservations
All tour bookings must be made in advance through our official website, email, or phone.
A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled on or before the tour date, unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
Bank Transfer
GCash
Authorized Remittance Center
All payments must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client
Refunds will be processed according to the following timeline:
7 days or more before the tour date – 100% refund
2–6 days before the tour date – 50% refund
Less than 2 days before the tour date / No-show – No refund
Note: Processing fees, bank charges, or third-party fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellation by EDJALYN TRAVEL SERVICES
In the event that EDJALYN TRAVEL SERVICES must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule to another available date
4. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
Inclusions
Unless otherwise stated in the tour package, tours may include:
Van and boat transfers
Licensed tour guides
Entrance fees and permits
Buffet picnic lunch
Transportation during the tour
Light snacks and bottled water
Exclusions
The following are not included unless specified:
Personal expenses
Meals not mentioned in the itinerary
Tips or gratuities
Optional activities and equipment rentals
5. Health and Safety
Health Requirements
Guests must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking. Guests are advised to bring their own personal medication and medical supplies.
Safety Protocols
All tours follow standard safety procedures, including:
Mandatory use of life vests during water activities
Trained tour staff in first aid and emergency response
Compliance with local tourism and safety regulations
6. Limitation of Liability
EDJALYN TRAVEL SERVICES shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Weather conditions
Government actions
Political unrest
Third-party service providers
