Tours Cancellation Policy 

Tours bookings are non-refundable unless due to force majeure.

However, our company allows modification of the tour date or re-booking of the tours availed if we are informed at least 3 business days BEFORE the tour date. Otherwise, the following charges may apply: 

2 days before: 20% charge

1 day before: 70% charge

On the day of the tour: 100% charge 

Force majeure, FULL refund less 5% bank service charge 

Furthermore, promos given by the company shall only be applied prospectively, not retrospectively. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy 

Accommodation bookings (regardless of classification) are non-cancellable and non-refundable. non-re-bookable unless due to force majeure. By default, the bookings cannot be modified once finalized. Changes to the above- mentioned are subject to the approval of the management. 

Hotel Check-In Check Out Policies 

Standard check-in is at 2 PM. 

Standard check- out is at 12 noon. 

200/pax/hour is charged for late check-out and early check-in 

Child Policy (Tours & Hotel) 

0-2 - FREE 

3-5 - 70% CHARGE 

6 & above - ADULT RATE 

Note: Identification cards/ certifications must be provided for children ages 0-5 years old. Applicable for both tours & hotel.

For confirmation, kindly deposit your payment to our official bank account or scan the authorized QR code provided.

Scan the authorized QR Code provided by Edjalyn Travel Services.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

Scan the official QR Code using your preferred bank app or payment app.

For bank deposits or online transfers, please add a ₱25 service fee,

      ➤ Except SeaBank transfers – NO extra fee.

   Ensure the total amount sent already includes the applicable service fee.

  After payment, send your proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) to our official contact for verification.

   Only payments sent through our official QR code or listed accounts are recognized and accepted.
