Magkano po ang estimated budget per person?
➺ Budget starts at ₱3,500 to ₱6,500 per person depending on the tour package, accommodation type, and number of days.
Ano po ang best month to travel sa Palawan?
➺ November to May is the best season (dry months), but off-peak months like September-October are good for discounted rates.
May masasakyan po ba kami from Airport/Port?
➺ Yes! All our packages include Airport/Port pick-up and drop-off. Walang hassle, diretso sa hotel!
Pwede ba kami mag-request ng Private Tour?

Ano po ang payment methods?
➺ We accept GCash, Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO), PayPal, and remittance centers (Cebuana, Palawan Express). International payments are welcome.
May hidden charges po ba sa tours?

Ano ang difference ng Joiner Tour at Private Tour?
➺ Joiner Tour = Share tour with other tourists (cheaper).
➺ Private Tour = Exclusive tour for your group (more personalized).
May discount po ba kung madaming pax?
➺ Yes! We offer Group Discounts for bookings of 5 pax and above.
Ano ang cancellation & rebooking policy?
➺ Cancellation due to valid reasons (medical, emergencies, weather conditions) is subject to rebooking with no penalty. Refund policies depend on the supplier’s rules but we assist in the process.
Ano ang usual call time or pick-up time for tours?
➺ Tours usually start at 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM pick-up time. Exact time depends on the hotel location and tour type.
Pwede ba kami magdala ng sariling food sa tours?
➺Yes, you can bring snacks and drinks. However, island-specific rules may apply, so we’ll advise you beforehand.
May available ba kayong van rental lang (without tours)?
➺ Yes! We offer Van Transfers and Car Rentals (with driver) for private use like land tours or personal itineraries.
May available ba kayong tours for DIY travelers?
➺ Yes! We can arrange Tours Only Packages (without accommodation) if you have your own hotel booking.
How early should we book our tour?
➺ As early as possible, especially if you’re planning to travel during peak months. Promo slots are limited and first-come, first-served.
Paano po kung may kasamang PWD (Person with Disability)?
➺ We can provide special assistance for PWD guests. We'll recommend accessible tours and arrange comfortable transport options.
Pwede ba ang pets sa tour?
➺ For land tours, small pets may be allowed (with prior notice). For island hopping, boat providers follow marine park regulations (case-to-case basis).
May wifi or signal ba sa islands?
➺ Signal is limited or weak on most remote islands. We advise downloading important info offline. Hotels in town have wifi.

Safe po ba ang boat tours during the rainy season?
➺ Safety is our priority. Tours proceed only if weather permits. The Coast Guard will not allow boat departures during rough seas.

➺ No strict age limit, but for kids below 3 and seniors above 65, we recommend easy-access tours (land tours or relaxed island visits).
May discount po ba for students/senior citizens?
➺ Government-mandated discounts apply on tourism eco fees only. We offer special rates on our packages for students/seniors on a case-to-case basis.
