As the State PACE Director and legislative committee representative, Gavin Mitsdarfer attended the PSEA Political Institute: The Keystone to Democracy. They met with Governor Josh Shapiro, and in a brief conversation Gavin and the Governor discussed the importance of funding the stipend and how it is changing the lives of student teachers.
