Annual EHS Softball Fundraising for 2024

Due to the increased cost of High School Athletics and increased financial burden on our families we have several opportunities throughout the year for fundraising to help bridge the gap and all funds raised go directly back to our program.

Annual Soccer Concessions Fundraiser

We have an opportunity to help with concessions at the State Soccer Tournament at Kuhlman on Tuesday Oct. 25th, 2022 from 4-9:30PM

Captains will be sending out a text to the players looking for bodies. They need 10 players and we can break the time into two shifts. Please have your player look out for that text from the Captains.

Grocery Bagging Fundraisers

These two days really help off-set some costs for the program.

The dates for the 2023 season:

Saturday, December 23rd, 2023 from 10-4 PM (Jerry's)

Tuesday, November 22nd, 2022 from 4-7PM (Lunds Byerly's)

They require 5 players (no more than 5) and be present the entire 3-hour shift. Captains are in charge of scheduling and will send out a communication to the team for volunteers. An adult supervisor will be arranged for each date.

EGFA Tryouts Fundraiser 

We have an opportunity to help with the Annual EGFA Tryouts held on Sunday, March 5th (7:45am - 11:00am).  Times will be arranged through EGFA and coordinated with team Captains.

EHS Booster Club Event

Typically this is event is held in the Fall.  Our team will create a team basket valued over $100 for auction.  Please mark your calendars to attend, ticket information to come ($50 each per person).  We plan to fill at least one table (10 people), hopefully more. If we do, our program gets a bonus check. 

Annual EGFA Mayfly Fundraiser 

We have an opportunity to help with Field Maintenance for the Annual EGFA Mayfly Tournament on Saturday May 13th, 2023 and Sunday May 14th, 2023.  Times will be arranged through EGFA and coordinated with team Captains.

Vendor Events 

Throughout the EHS Softball Season there will be opportunities to raise money and build community by attending local restaurants (dates, times, and locations will be communicated).
