It's a more transparent, honest, and more ARTICULATLE way of presenting what I have to offer, as opposed to what we're used to seeing -and in a way that doesn't "meet people at a lexicon of scarcity":

What we're "used to seeing" is people advertising "I do Tarot" or "I do astrology" which are tip-of-the iceberg words recognized by others who may just be barely scratching the surface of this (the Unseen / Spiritually Esoteric) world.

In more unsavory spaces, I too often see people advertising as "psychic readers" when more often than not, these people seem not to have developed actual psychic tools, but rather their own Pattern Recogonition Senstivity -an ability literally every single human being has automatic access to AND is also one of THE MOST important tools that an Esoteric Spiritual Practitioner should both develop and use as a regular part of our work.

The problem I have seen (also too often, unfortunately) with this kind of "advertisement" is that it shouts buzzwords to people who likely aren't sure exactly what they might need, not having been raised with, or not having developed a sense of Spiritual / Esoteric Self-Awareness. 

Thus the expectation of this potential relationship (on BOTH sides) is that a Practitioner might offer a kind of "cure" (in the form of "mystic advice") -but WITHOUT actually giving the Client an articulate lexicon to describe what they NEED; 

The imagery I've used to illustrate this is a thing I saw OFTEN when I was doing public walk-in consultations:

1) A person comes in asking for a Tarot read, SPECIFICALLY and POINTEDLY -but think of it like this:

A person approaches clutching a clearly broken arm, asking me what kind of band-aid they should use to fix it; I can clearly see the arm is broken, but a person insists that "they need to talk to someone who knows about band-aids," and also refuses to let me diagnose the broken arm -how did it GET broken, what have you been doing? Was it a chance accident, or were you doing something you weren't supposed to be doing in the first place?

This person might seem disinterested that I either ask them about their Natal Chart ("no I don't need The Astrology Thing, I need The Tarot Thing"), or point out, before a possible Taort read that a band-aid might not be what can actually address their concern -this I saw too often in the past 3-Year Period where the universe was breaking up realtionships where one person was required to sprint, and the other was holding the sprinter back, with Sprinters asking me "should I stay with the person preventing me from Sprinting?" -No. Obviously, DURING this specific period in Astrology. 

2) A person comes in ONLY wanting "a Tarot read" with NO interest in having me go over their natal chart with them in the absolute simplest rubber-meets-the-road terms -to think od like this:

A person says "please ask the Tarot why I feel like I'm drowning every time in go in the water." IF they let me look at the Natal Chart, I can clearly see: "You're a bird. Of course you feel like you're drowning, you're supposed to FLY, not SWIM. We didn't even need the Tarot for that. 

Having CLEAR, and ACTUALLY understandable optics on your Natal Chart will help you more than me consulting Tarot to advise you on 'How best to do something you're probably not supposed to be doing in the first place.'"

For me, the tool of Astrology is used twofold:

1) I go over your Natal Chart so that I know (and I know that YOU KNOW) how you're wired, what tools you have access to, and that YOU have been given the Agency and Autonomy to Figure Out FOR YOURSELF What You're Supposed To Be Doing While You're Alive -because at the end of the day, you know your life better than ANY practitioner, you just may never have had someone point out that you're a fish who's been trying to climb a tree.

2) In terms of long-arc Astrological Tracking (especially in terms of Retrograde Seasons / Cycles), I consider this as "weather" that has both shaped the terrain we have traversed in previous years, and how it affects how we might navigate forward in the years ahead.

When I say that I am "An Esoteric Practioner" I mean that I am one who has fully incorporated all elements of "Mind, Body, AND Spirit (yes, translating into Spiritual Hygiene, as well as literal the literal tools that help me navigate, and as correctly as possible allow me to navigate the day-to-day life I live)" into who I am, how I live, and how I show up in the world, knowing that I must contribute all I can to a better world while I am still alive. 

And part of my contribution is making sure you have enough resource and agency for YOU to contribute YOUR part, in turn.

Firstly, let us acknowledge the difference between "Tarot Readers & Astrologers" versus "Esoteric Practitioners:"

One who posits themselves upon initial contact as "A Tarot Reader" or "An Astrologer" is one who is telling you they have mastered The Hammer or The Screwdriver, but may have NO IDEA how to help with Architecture or Carpentry 

-and in this context, I have found that most people seeking a "Tarot Reader" or "Astrologist" TYPICALLY are not yet Carpenters nor Architects themselves -even if they've built a few things on their own workbench, as well.

I am a Tactician who operates within the full spectrum (in this context) as An Architect and A Carpenter; "Tarot" and "Astrology" are TOOLS that I have access to, and do USE, but for transparency, honesty, and to give you more Agency & Autonomy do not present those two tools as a panacea without a diagnosis -which I have too often in my life seen as the default setting for too many practitioners.

I am an Actual Spiritual Practitioner -a "Mystic" if you must say it so; and not just a "technician"- who believes in:

1) First, the most robust Diagnosis of how I can be Of Service BEFORE accessing my tools, THEN

2) ACCURATELY utilizing the Appropriate Tools for the specific needs or concerns of any given person. 

You wouldn't use a band-aid to help with nausea, would you? Nor would I. I know what band-aids are for, and I know what actually helps with nausea.

And if you spoke to a "Band-aid Specialist" about your nausea, wouldn't you want them to be honest and transparent about what they can & can't do, and be able to at least point you in the direction of nausea medicine, if not refer you to a Gastrologist?

Same here.

I grew up with all of this, meaning I have a literal lifetime of scrutinizing the nuances between:

• What is more safe v. more risky,

• More accurate v. less accurate,

• More consistent v. less consistent,

• How to EFFECTIVELY incorporate Spiritual & Esoteric (ie: Mystic) Navigation in "Day-to-Day Life,"

• Origins of, and common denominators of VARIOUS practices, including Ancestral Work in terms of Spirituality, and what would be considered Mystic,

• What is ACTUALLY in my Wheelhouse v. What Basics I Can Help With v. What Direction To Point Someone In (if a thing is NOT in my Wheelhouse at all).

While my mom recently acknowledged that I've far surpassed her academic knowledge in terms of mysticism, I'd like for it to be understood that she was the one who began teaching me all of this as a child, first with general safety measures, the "do's & dont's" of navigating what we call "the unseen world," as well as teaching me all she learned from the Filipino side of my Ancestral Spiritual & Mystic lineage, as well as teaching me what her mother taught her of Welsh Druidry (and to a lesser extent what we now classify as Germanic Heathenry), and to a "less structured" degree, the basics of the Spiritual, Mystic, Psychic, and otherwise "supernatural" spheres of functioning. 

In addition, I completely oppose the TRADITIONAL sentiment common through literally every type of mystic practice that is "keep secret things secret from the un-initiated" -because in my opinion, that's a BIG part of all the problems we are literally facing as a society:

Others have either intentionally or accidentally acted as Gatekeepers for knowledge that our Ancestors NEVER wanted us to forget.

Spirituality is the acknowledgement that there is a wider-arcing story at play, that spans far beyond the length of a single human lifetime. 

The Esoteric (ie: Mystic) SIDE of Spirituality refers to accessing the tools for each and every human being to discern what drop they are to contribute and to which bucket in the story -of either Making The World Better or Making The World Worse.

This is in reference to a "Spiritual War" that, if you're anything like me, have been hearing about as far back as you can remember. Well, based on the period we are passing through in astrology, the frontline has come to our doorsteps whether we like it or not -that's what everyone is seeing in the newsfeeds at this point in history.

To boil the idea of "This Spiritual War (that's been going on long before I was born)" down to it's SIMPLEST components:

We are now frontline-to-frontline;

The job of the opposition is to:

- Bring about a Nightmare World,

- By starving out a Dream World

So, by nature, OUR job (yours & mine) is to:

- Bring about that Dream World

- By starving out a Nightmare World.

I mention this because Those Who Intend On Making The World Worse want as many people as possible to feel:

- Overwhelmed

- Isolated

- Immobilized

- Under-Resourced

- Insigificant or lacking the capacity "to do anything about All Of This"

- Like "nobody is doing anything" to oppose them

Where as I am here to do everything I can to make sure they don't succeed in making YOU susceptible to their wicked intentions. 

The more of us (INCLUDING YOU) that feel we "can't do anything" and thus don't Do Anything, gives them more room to shape the world they want to see, not the one that actually allows us to heal, repair, restore, and ultimately Grow.

And we do not want them to shape the world, do we? 

So:

It should be recognized that at this pivotal point in history, even choosing to "opt out" or hang back and "let others shape or 'fix things' in terms of the shape of the world falls under the category of:

"One either shapes the world they want to live in, or lives in the world shaped around them."

And to be clear, those wanting to make the world worse are both adept and causing those who would make the world better feel immobilized, AND very intentional about making the world worse.

But "the world" literally consists of more of "us" than "them," which is part of the reason why they have so doggedly worked to cause us to accept feeling immobilized. Make no mistake: Choosing to "live in the world shaped around you" is to step aside and consent to the architecture "Those Making The World Worse" seek to build, to bring into existence.

Thusly, we have arrived a place where the quote by Eldridge Cleaver applies more than ever:

"There is no more neutrality in the world. 

You either have to be part of the solution, or you're going to be part of the problem."

To answer the header question: I help people realize what's in their toolkit so that by the rule of 

"Do WHAT you can,

WHEN you CAN,

and HOW YOU do it,"

anyone I work with has the Agency to realize within themselves what their contribution to a better world IS, no matter "how small" they might THINK it is -spoilers: EVERY contribution to the whole ADDS UP, and in order to bring about a better world, we need All Hands On Deck, contributing how much or how little they can under the rule of:

"The best you can do, HAS TO be Good Enough;"

I help people realize their own agency in these aspects SO each person I work with, at the end of the day CAN say that they have actually done their Best, in that regard.

By first acknowledging that you are in a story that has gone on long before you were born, and will continue after you are gone from this world,

Then by developing your own sense of Spiritual Hygiene, as well as personally accessing, and DEVELOPING your own toolkit in terms of the Esoteric side of Spirituality, and learning how to navigate "what you do in your day-to-day life" using this toolkit.

And since there is no "one size fits all" that's what Spiritual Practitioners such as myself must do as our work of service:

Identify where you are, what you ACTUALLY need for the most Agency & Autonomy in your OWN life, and help you develop that, so that you know you're doing all you can in the face of all the fire we are seeing during this transitional period in human history.

As you may know, these days are a crucial period in Astrology, and we are being called into Service.

It is time for you to become the most potent version of yourself. 

At this point, being that we are wrapping up the 2024 Retrograde Season, I feel like I should offer to the general community that I am available to help people step into their own power as spiritual practitioners. Two years ago, my work of service shifted, in that I recognized that my offerings were intended to help empower people to beceom the most potent versions of themselves possible. A year ago, that pivoted even tighter, and I saw that my work was to start teaching people how to do what I do. That has become even more clear. As a Gemini Midheaven, I recognize that the story I'm in demands that take everything that's in my head, pull it out of my head so it can be useful to other people.

No esoteric can TELL another person what tools are in their toolbox, nor what "job" they're supposed to do in terms of the Esoteric Spiritual Work. The best we can do is to help others identify for themselves what tools they have natural access to, then help others figure out what job they think they're supposed to do. 

The era of gatekeeping is over, and starting in the astrological springtime of 2025 it will be an "All Hands On Deck" call for anyone who has any level of spiritual and/or esoteric knowledge. 

During this retrograde season (the third in a three-year period that's been a "Dark Night Of The Soul For The Entire World" much of the population is being faced with the dead-end of placing all their faith in the wholly made-up rules and agreements of society. And this is necessary. People need to see all of this fall apart, so they can take seriously the compass of spiritual navigation -something that our ancestors would be ashamed that we wandered away from under the guise of "becoming more civilized."

Those who are intuitively navigating towards that All Hands On Deck Springtime, it may have already been obvious that the assignment is to prepare oneself to contribute their part to an awakening society that is confused, scared, and does not want to be.
