Funding Request

Do you have an idea for a project or program that will enhance Edgewood Excellence? The Edgewood Magnet PTO is happy to invite you to apply for funding. Teachers, students and parents are encouraged to develop proposals that benefit our school and correspond with the school’s mission, vision and School Improvement Plan. Students should include the name of a staff, teacher or parent to serve as project advisor. Please complete the form below.

Process for funding request submission and review:

• All funding requests must be reviewed and approved at a general PTO meeting

• Determine the date funds are needed for your event/project

• Find the PTO meeting that falls BEFORE that date

• Submit funding request ONE WEEK prior to PTO meeting

Example:  Ms. Jones is requesting money for a field trip on December 1.  The request will need to be reviewed at the PTO meeting on November 15.  Ms. Jones needs to submit her request by November 8.
