Guests can browse items, write their name and bid on the bid sheet, and continue bidding until the auction closes. The highest bid at closing time wins the item.
Each item will have a bid sheet nearby. Simply write your name and bid amount on the next available line.
Each item's bid sheet will list a starting bid and minimum bid increment of $1.
The silent auction is open to all families, guests, volunteers, and staff over 18 years of age attending Family Bingo Night.
Nope! We understand that some families with little ones can't stay all the way until the end of the event, so if you are not present at the end of auction, the winner will be contacted and must arrange payment by Monday, April 13th. If no arrangement has been made, the second highest bidder will be contacted.
Winning bidders must pay the final bid amount using cash or credit card. Payment can be made and items collected immediately after winners are announced if present. If not present, we will contact you to arrange payment/pickup.
All proceeds from the silent auction directly support Edgerton Elementary students, staff, and programs
