Accessibility

We aim to make this conference as accessible as possible, in line with the SWIP/BPA guidance for accessible conferences. 

• The venue is wheelchair accessible. 

• The venue has nearby accessible toilets. 

• The venue will have available seating. 

• The venue will accommodate assistance dogs. 

• There is accessible blue badge parking nearby the venue (see 'Getting here'). 

• All events will take place in the same location (coffee is in the basement of the building where the talks will be; lunch is in a different, accessible building nearby) 

• There will a short break between each presentation and Q&A. 

• It will be permitted to ask questions during Q&A in writing rather than speaking them aloud.

We may be able to secure additional services and materials on request. Please let us know as soon as possible if you require any of the following: 

A hearing loop system.

Sign language interpretation for the workshop.

A quiet room available nearby the venue.
