To celebrate the FEMALE STEM career we organized an online meeting about " The anthropic water cycle" with Sara Fertonani (Ambiental Engineer).

We learned a lot of interesting things about this topic.

All the partners joined the online meeting and enjoyed the event about the WATER MOLECULE and how to create it in Minecraft.


3 - FISH and ARTS

(26th January 2021)

After the Online shared lesson about Fish and Artists with the expert Elena Poli, we shared our works and art crafts, as planned.
This sharing of ideas and working together increased our interest and motivation.

We created this WAKELET (we learned how to use it during this project and we are very proud of it).


4 - WATER AND MUSIC

A very interesting meeting with Stefano Molardi.

WHO IS STEFANO MOLARDI?

He is an Italian organist, musicologist, harpsichordist, conductor and music pedagogue. Stefano Molardi studied music with some of the most famous international personalities, such as Ewald Kooiman, Stembridge, Harald Vogel, Tagliavini. He attended the class of Michael Radulescu in the Hochschule für Musik in Vienna, and collaborated, with the same musician, as part of the basso continuo at the Académie Bach of Porrentruy (Switzerland). He received numerous awards in national and international organ competitions, including Paisan di Prato (Udine) in 1998, Viterbo in 1996, Brugge and Innsbruck (Paul Hofhaimer).


Stefano Molardi has gone on to a brilliant career as a soloist and in chamber ensembles, playing in some of the most prestigious concert venues in the world (the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, the Sala Sao Paulo in Brazil, the Musikverein and Theater an der Wien in Vienna, Carnegie Hall in New York, Jordan Hall in Boston, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and Il Teatro La Fenice in Venice, etc.) and in some of the most important festivals (such as Musica e Poesia a S. Maurizio in Milan, Organ International Festival in Treviso, Festival of Valvasone, International Festival of Maastricht, Wiener Orgelkonzerte, Historical organ season in Thuringia of Arnstadt, Organ Festival in Nürnberg). In 2009 he performed the complete organ works of Franz Liszt and César Franck in Lugano.


Stefano Molardi teaches Organ at the Italian Switzerland Conservatory in Lugano (University School for Music), at the Conservatory “A. Scontrino” in Trapani, and holds masterclasses and conferences on baroque performance practice in Italy and abroad (Lugano, Seville, Dresden, Nuremberg, Budapest).




5 - INTERNATIONAL DAY OF WOMEN AND GIRLS IN SCIENCE

(11th February 2021)


We celebrated the International Day of Women and Girls in Science with an outstanding friend Maura Sandri.

Who is Maura Sandri?

Technologist and journalist of the Observatory of Astrophysics and Space Science of Bologna. Maura deals with the design and characterization of optics for satellites devoted to the study of the Cosmic Microwave Background and radiotelescopes, as well as Astronomy teaching and outreach. Maura is part of the editorial staff of the online magazine “Media Inaf", and is the National Coordinator of the activities connected with coding, making, and educational robotics of Inaf.

6 - BERGAMO SCIENZA

Today we had an interesting meeting with BERGAMO SCIENZA about biodiversity, ecosystem, and evolution.
