Prepare the tools and materials needed.
The weight ratio between the natural brown sugar, organic kitchen waste and water MUST follow this formula:
Natural Sugar: Organic Kitchen Waste: Clean Water = 1: 3: 10
(if the formula is not suitable, the fermentation will be different from the expected result)
To speed up the dissolution of brown sugar in water, it can be dissolved first using hot water.
Prepare a container filled with a solution of natural brown sugar water according to the dose
Enter the remaining fruit / vegetable ingredients gradually.
Note the weight each time we add the ingredients.
When the ingredients have met the dosage, record the date of produce of Eco-Enzyme on a label and the date of harvest. Stick the label on the container.
Store in a location that is not exposed to sunlight, with good air circulation, away from Wi-Fi, toilets, trash bins, incinerators, and chemical.
Open the lid of the container to release O3 gases, then closed it tightly again. Do this every day for 3 months forward.
After 3 months for Tropical Area, or after 6 months for Sub Tropical Area, the Eco Enzyme will be ready to harvest.
