Total payment consists of:

• FP (First Payment)

→ Item price converted from KRW to SGD

• SP (Second Payment)

→ Shipping-related fees after items arrive in Singapore

All amounts are rounded up to the nearest $1 SGD.

SP amounts vary depending on item weight, volume, and shipping costs.

The item price will be fully refunded.

Yes! You can request a replacement, but:

• If the new item is more expensive, you will need to top up the difference.

• If the new item is cheaper, i will refund you.

Yes! You can send a list of items, and I will calculate the total price.

No individual tracking will be provided.

However, I will provide updates through:

• Group chats (GC)

• Direct messages (DM)

Items may be consolidated until the end of the month before shipment to Singapore.

Once the items arrive in Singapore, I will notify you via text/email, and you can choose either:

• Self-collection

• Postage/Courier delivery

I will reply with your FP (First Payment) quote.

📌 SP (Second Payment) will be collected later and includes shipping-related fees. Shipping costs may be split among buyers for that month’s shipment. 

Full payment is required before I purchase your items.

Half payment or partial payment is not accepted.

Payment methods include PayNow, Cash Deposit(+$1) or as agreed.

All orders must be submitted by Thursday, 11:59PM to qualify for same-week purchases.

Orders submitted after the deadline will be purchased the following week.

Once payment is made, cancellation is not allowed.

The only exception is if the item is sold out (OOS) in the store in that case, Refunds follow the sold-out/unavailable policy.
