WHAT EXCHANGE RATES DO YOU USE FOR KRW / JPY / USD ITEMS?
Current rates used are:
🇰🇷 KRW – 1,000 won = 1 SGD
🇯🇵 JPY – 115 yen = 1 SGD
🇺🇸 USD – 1 USD = 1.40 SGD
Rates may be adjusted depending on market changes / supplier charges.
WILL ALBUM SALES COUNT TOWARDS KOREA / JAPAN CHARTS?
Yes, All purchases will count towards their respective official music charts in Korea / Japan.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PO ITEMS TO ARRIVE?
Usually, it takes around 1.5 to 3 weeks from the release date or from the date I request shipment.
I normally arrange shipments at the end of each month.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Please check the order status page for updates. I usually post all updates there. If there is no update yet, it means there is currently no new information available.

I MISSED THE DEADLINE. CAN I STILL ORDER?
Yes, orders may still be accepted on the same day after the deadline, depending on whether I have placed the order yet.
For example, if a PO closes on 28/5 at 6PM, orders may still be accepted on that day, but payment must be made ASAP before I place the order.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE SHIPPING FEES?
Yes, if stated as OTP (One-Time Payment), it includes international shipping fees from Korea / Japan / US to Singapore, unless otherwise stated.
However, additional payments may be required in certain cases due to:
Customs taxes or import charges
Differences in actual weight vs estimated shipping fees
Supplier or proxy fee adjustments (if applicable)
For Group/Pre Orders, there are usually 2nd and 3rd payments
1st Payment (FP) – Item cost
2nd Payment (SP) – International shipping fees (EMS / domestic shipping within Korea/Japan/US), bank charges, proxy fees, and handling fees (if any)
3rd Payment – Local postage within Singapore
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Payment methods available:
• PayNow
• Cash Deposit (+$1 charge)
• PayPal (for overseas buyers)
• COD for selected ready stock meetups only
For PayPal payments, please use Friends & Family where applicable to avoid extra fees.
For ALL please send payment proof (screenshot / photo) once payment has been made.
HOW DO I PAY IF I DON’T HAVE A BANK CARD?
You may make payment via the nearest cash deposit machine. POSB / DBS deposit machines usually do not require a bank card.
Please send a clear photo proof of the transaction after payment, otherwise payment may not be accepted.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE THE 2ND & 3RD PAYMENTS?
I will message you once I have calculated the 2nd payment amount. I usually make payment first, then provide buyers with a deadline to pay. The 3rd payment is mainly for tax charges + local postage within Singapore. This will only be collected after your items arrive in Singapore.
DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THE 2ND PAYMENT WILL BE?
The exact amount cannot be confirmed beforehand, as it depends on factors such as:
Number of orders in the batch
Final parcel weight and volume
Item sizes and packaging
Actual shipping charges (including proxy, EMS/domestic fees, bank fees, and handling fees, if applicable)
Providing estimates too early may lead to discrepancies due to fluctuating shipping costs, which can cause confusion.
As such, no estimates will be provided in advance.
The confirmed 2nd payment amount will only be available after the items have been shipped from Korea to Singapore.

WILL THERE BE A REFUND IF I ACCIDENTALLY DEPOSIT EXTRA?
For 2nd payment onwards, no refunds will be given for excess payment. Please ensure the correct amount is transferred / deposited.
I’M AN OVERSEAS BUYER. HOW SHOULD I PAY IF I WANT TO ORDER?
Overseas buyers may make payment via PayPal. Prices will be quoted in USD for PayPal payments.
WHERE ARE MEETUP HELD?
Kindly PM / DM me for meetup timing and available days.
Available meetup / collection options:
• Self Pick-up @ my block
Meetup availability may vary weekly.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Local (Singapore): 1–3 working days after mailing out
International: 3–18 working days after dispatch (may vary)
HOW OFTEN WILL YOU MAIL OUT ORDERS?
Usually once a week. If unavailable, mailing will be postponed to the following week.
WILL PICTURE PROOF AND TRACKING BE PROVIDED?
Yes 🤍 Picture proof will be provided before mailing out your items to ensure all details are correct.
Tracking will be provided for tracked parcels only.
CAN I REQUEST EXTRA PROTECTION PACKING?
Yes, kindly inform in advance. Additional charges may apply.
WILL MY ITEMS BE DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?
I cannot 100% guarantee parcels will arrive without damage, as handling by SingPost / courier services is beyond my control.
However, I will always pack your items carefully with bubble wrap / protective materials where possible.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEMS BUT SOME ARE MISSING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please provide a full unboxing video, starting from the moment the parcel is opened until all contents are fully shown for verification. Without pausing the video!
Without a complete unboxing video, I will not be able to assist with any missing item claims.
Please note that I am not responsible for missing items in cases where:
Albums / packages were received sealed and were not personally opened or checked by me
Manufacturer or packing errors occurred at source
Issues arise beyond my control during production or packaging
These situations are handled by suppliers or manufacturers and are unfortunately outside my responsibility.
If you are concerned about such risks, self-collection is recommended where possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Once the order form has been submitted, cancellations are generally not allowed.
If you choose to cancel after placing an order, a cancellation fee may apply depending on whether payment has been made, supplier charges have been incurred, or the order has already been placed.
Outstanding fees must be settled before future transactions may be considered.
CAN I EXCHANGE / REFUND?
Strictly no exchanges or refunds unless item is out of stock or otherwise approved.
We are not responsible for incorrect items sent by suppliers / websites.
Please note that once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for damage or loss during transit.
